Return & Exchange Policy

At Tahoor Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. Every bottle is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure premium quality and safe delivery. However, in rare cases where you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy applies as follows:


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges will only be considered if the perfume bottle has not been used beyond 1ml.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, box, and condition.

  • Damaged bottles due to customer mishandling are not eligible. Please check your parcel upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if it arrives damaged.

  • Change of mind is not applicable.


2. Exchange Policy

  • If eligible, you may exchange your perfume for another fragrance of the same value or higher (difference to be paid by customer).

  • Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered in exceptional cases (e.g., wrong product delivered).

  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Once approved, you must send the product back within 7 days in secure packaging.

  • Upon inspection, if the product meets our criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

  • Delivery charges (Rs. 350/-) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment.


5. Exceptions

  • No refunds or exchanges for products purchased via third-party sellers.

  • Perfumes purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted deals are not eligible for return/exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide the following to our support team via WhatsApp or email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Pictures of the product received

7. Responsibility

We take full responsibility for:

  • Orders wrongly shipped (wrong product, size, or fragrance).

  • Parcels damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours).
